AI Systems Now: practical AI strategy and managed AI systems.
A collage of four workplaces: a hotel reception, a manager at a laptop, a restaurant server and a store manager with a tablet
Multi-location reputation

Every location. One reputation.

We manage reviews, Google profiles and posts across all your locations, so every one of them looks as good as your best.

Why locations drift apart

Every location has its own Google profile, its own reviews and its own rating. Customers don't see your network. They see the location in front of them, and they judge it on its own.

Ratings that vary

One location sits well above the rest, another trails behind, and each rating is the first thing a nearby customer sees.

Replies that depend on who has time

One manager answers every review. Another hasn't replied in months. Customers read both.

Profile details out of step

Hours, phone numbers and photos change at one location and not the next, so some profiles end up out of date.

Questions

How many locations can you manage?

We work with networks of every size, from a few locations to many. Pricing is quoted per network, based on your number of locations, and the free network snapshot looks at up to 10 of them.

Do we stay the owner of our Google profiles?

Yes. You add our team as a manager on each location's profile, and you always stay the owner.

Who replies to reviews, and how is the tone agreed?

Every review gets an AI reply that follows tone rules we agree with head office before any reply goes out, including how negative reviews are handled. The same rules apply to every location, and they can be adjusted later.

Can head office see every location?

Yes. The monthly network report shows every location, with a report for each one and a summary for the whole network.

Do you guarantee ratings or rankings?

No. No one can honestly promise ratings or rankings. We keep every location accurate, active and answering its reviews, and the reports show how each one is doing.
