What's the cancellation policy for the AI Strategy Consultation?
With at least 24 hours' notice, rescheduling is free, and cancelling gives either a full credit valid for 90 days or a refund to the original payment method less a 10% processing fee. Within 24 hours, the session is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the payment. Late arrivals still end at the scheduled time.
